I couldn't have asked for a better Furnace guy. Bill got here less than half an hour after we spoke on the phone. He came in...quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the part and was done. Total time from my first call to having our heat back on was less than 45 minutes. That's what I call great service. If we have furnace troubles again you can bet I'll be calling Bill.
